1. Information We Handle and Why

A. Outfit Photos You Choose to Upload

CircPal's core feature is AI outfit photo scoring.

Data type:

• The photo you choose from your device or capture with your camera.
• Uploaded outfit photos may incidentally include a user's face.

Purpose:

• To analyze the outfit photo and generate a score, style tags, and feedback.

Important note:

• CircPal only handles photos that you intentionally choose. We do not access or scan your full photo library.

B. Face Data Clarification

CircPal does not use any facial recognition technology. The app does not collect, detect, or process facial geometry, face templates, biometric identifiers, or facial recognition data.

CircPal does not collect face data for facial recognition or biometric processing.

If a face appears in an uploaded outfit photo, it appears only incidentally and is processed only as part of the full standard 2D outfit image.

CircPal does not detect, extract, identify, measure, recognize, or analyze the face as face data.

CircPal does not use face data to identify a person, perform facial recognition, verify identity, create face templates, or extract biometric identifiers.

Purpose:

• To generate outfit-related AI results such as scoring, style tags, occasion feedback, and follow-up outfit advice.

C. Occasion and Style Context

You may choose an occasion or enter short text, such as work, date, dinner, travel, or casual day.

Purpose:

• To help the AI judge whether your outfit matches the situation you selected.

D. AI Analysis Results

When a photo is scored, CircPal displays:

• A numeric score.
• Style tags.
• Occasion feedback.
• AI-generated comments and suggestions.

E. AI Follow-up Questions

If you ask a follow-up question about an outfit, CircPal handles that text and related outfit context so the AI can generate a relevant answer.

2. AI Processing

CircPal uses a trusted third-party AI provider, SiliconFlow, to process selected photos and related text and generate AI results.

When you request AI scoring or AI follow-up:

• The selected photo and relevant text are sent to SiliconFlow for processing.
• If the selected photo contains a face, that face appears only incidentally and is processed only as part of the full standard 2D outfit image submitted for the outfit-related AI feature.
• The response is used to generate the score, tags, feedback, and follow-up answer shown in the app.

3. Data Security

Data transmitted between the app and third-party services is sent using standard encrypted network connections such as HTTPS/TLS.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to reduce risk and limit data handling to what is needed for the app's core features.

4. Storage and Retention

CircPal is a registration-free and account-free application.

• Because CircPal does not collect face data for facial recognition or biometric processing, no such face data is retained by CircPal or transferred as face data.
• CircPal does not store photos or face data on its own servers.
• AI results and history shown in the app may be stored locally on your device.
• If you choose to publish content inside the app, selected images and related content may remain stored locally on your device until you remove them or delete the app, subject to iOS system behavior.
• When AI scoring or AI follow-up is requested, submitted photos and related text are processed in real time.
• CircPal does not create user accounts or maintain long-term user profiles for this app.
• Standard 2D image processing and retention by third-party processors, including SiliconFlow, may be governed by their own privacy policies regarding general user content and applicable law.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your photos, text, or other content.

We share information only in the following case:

• With SiliconFlow, to provide the AI features you request.

6. Your Choices

You can control how your information is handled:

• Do not select or capture a photo if you do not want it processed.
• Do not use AI scoring or AI follow-up if you do not want submitted content sent to SiliconFlow.
• Do not enter optional text if you do not want it processed by the AI.
• Delete app history inside the app, if that feature is available.
• Delete the app to remove locally stored app data on your device, subject to iOS system behavior.
